On-Boarding & Support Process

As soon as a school signs up with us, it becomes entirely our responsibility to make Owners, Principal, Teachers and Parents/Students embrace this change and make the transition as frictionless as possible. As per EdPrime Onboarding Methodology, a dedicated relationship manager assists the school with documentation and other sign-up processes.  Additionally, the relationship manager is just an email or a call away at any point during the school’s journey with EdPrime.

On-Boarding Process

A dedicated relationship manager is appointed to guide you with formalities and queries throughout the onboarding.

The data and template is received from school and upon verification it is uploaded to the platform.

For data security, we don’t involve the sales team in the data collection process. Also, schools can provide password protected excels for more security.

User profiles are then created to enable logging into the platform.

Detailed support training sessions for all the key stakeholders.

An assortment of support tools to refer at any point of time.

Upon query receival a unique ticket number is assigned to you. We try our best to resolve your queries immediately. If not, a timeline is provided for the same.
